  Minimum age: 8 years old (children under 16 require an adult to accompany them on the course), Minimum height: 140 cm, Maximum weight: 120 kg, No maximum age, but a reasonable level of mobility is required, No Pacemakers

• What to bring

  Dress for the weather and wear comfortable footwear. Trainers are ideal., Make sure your pockets are empty before we fit your harness (no jewellery, phones, wallets, watches etc.), Phone pouches for hire £2 on site if you wish to take your phone with you, You can use your own lanyard if you have one or use a GoPro but it must come with a fixed attachment ie. wrist strap or head mount
