Minimum number of people is 4 for the tour to commence, Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, Children under 12 years, Pregnant women, People under 5 ft 2 in (160 cm), People over 243 lbs (110 kg), Alcohol and drugs not allowed

Full refund for cancellations up to 24 hours before for public tours, for private tours up to 14 days before. Rain capes are available in case of inconsistent weather. In case of continuous and heavy rain special cancellation under or up to 90 minutes before tour start. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
