Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the tour so that you can settle in and use the facilities and put on sun cream. On morning tours the cliff railway doesn't always start until 1000 so allow 10 minutes to descend the hill from your parking.
Bring snacks/sandwiches & 500Ml reusable water bottle, You will need beach clothes, flip flops or wet shoes, sun cream, sunhat, sunglasses and swimmers if you would like a wild dip.
Full cancellations by the client need to be made 48 hours prior to receive a full refund. Customers will receive alternative tour options if the weather/sea state is creating unsafe conditions to enter the sea caves or due to unforeseen circumstances. For client cancellations within 48 hours, should no other date be available to re-deliver the tour within 7 days of the original booked date a voucher will be offered. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
