  No penalty for cancellations communicated in writing at least seven days prior to the excursion date. Between six and two days prior, 50% of the fare will be retained; from two days prior, the full amount is due with no reimbursement. No reimbursement for no-shows or incorrect addresses. Refunds available within 168 hours before departure.
