  Please arrive 10 minutes early, we will depart at the scheduled time. You will receive a QR code with your confirmation email, which we will scan to register your arrival, so don't forget your mobile phone! Note that sometimes I wait for you in places without coverage, so don't wait until the last moment to communicate a problem.

  Backpack to fit your belongings, Clothing appropriate for the season and weather, Swimming trunks, Change of clothes (for after the activity), Water, minimum 1.5 L

• Refund policy

  If canceled by the customer, the following cancellation fees apply: 60 days or more 0%, 14 to 59 days 25%, 8 to 13 days 50%, 4 to 7 days 75% and less than 4 days 100%. If canceled by the company, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. Refunds available within 720 hours before departure.
