  Please arrive 10 minutes early, as we depart promptly at the scheduled time. You will receive a QR code with your confirmation email, which we will scan to register your arrival. Please remember your mobile phone as we sometimes meet in areas without coverage. Do not wait until the last moment to communicate any issues.

  Minimum age 14 years, Wheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately, routes are not accessible for wheelchairs. If you have any disability, contact us to organize an adapted activity.

• What to bring

  Backpack to fit your belongings, Clothing appropriate for the season and weather, Swimming suit, Change of clothes (for after the activity), Water, minimum 1.5 L

• Refund policy

  Cancellation fees apply: 0% if canceled 60+ days in advance, 25% if canceled 14-59 days in advance, 50% if canceled 8-13 days in advance, 75% if canceled 4-7 days in advance, and 100% if canceled less than 4 days in advance. Full refund if canceled by the company. Refunds available within 4320 hours before departure.
