Meet us at Oosterdok. Please bring your ID or credit card depending on which option you chose.
You must be at least 12 years old to participate in this tour., You must be able to ride the bike yourself.
Option A: 1 credit card (we make a copy in the store) for up to 5 bikes., Option B: 1 passport / I.D. (original) for up to 5 bikes + €50, (cash) per bike.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation before the start of the tour. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
