If the lifeguards decide to close the beach or there are unsafe conditions, we will try to reschedule the class for the next available date and if this is not possible, we will refund 100%. We will cancel the class if the participants do not follow our safe practice instructions in the water or on the sand. We will not offer classes to people who are under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Cancellation by the client: With at least 48 hours notice, we will refund 100% minus the management costs which are 5% of the total paid. With 24 hours or less: NO REFUND. If a client arrives late for any reason, the class will not be extended. NO REFUNDS FOR ABSENCES (No Shows): We do not refund if you do not show up for class. NO REFUNDS for students who are intoxicated or who must be removed from the beach for not following safety instructions for surfing. Contact us by phone to cancel or ask about a cancellation. If you do not show up, you will be charged the full price. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.

The school provides all the necessary equipment for surfing practice: Board, wetsuit, lycra, lockers to leave your belongings, hot water showers and accident insurance.
