  Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the activity may be rescheduled for another date at no additional cost, subject to availability. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the activity and if it is impossible to reschedule for another date, a full refund of the amount paid will be made. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not entitle you to rescheduling or refunds, except in exceptional cases previously analyzed. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
