  Must be comfortable swimming in open water., Know how to swim is Mandatory, For safety reasons, we cannot allow pregnant women to participate!, Due to the physical nature of Surfing and the possibility of sudden movements from waves, this activity is not recommended for individuals with chronic back or neck issues, or those who have undergone surgery within the last 6 months

• What to bring

  Sunblock, Water, Towel, Snack, Good Mood, Bathing Suit, Swimwear (to wear under your wetsuit), sunscreen
