• Requirements

  Good general physical fitness, Confident swimmer, Minimum age 7 (under 13s must be accompanied by an adult)

• What to bring

  Please arrive ready to get on the water or with a swimming costume on, ready to get into your wetsuit, Wetsuits are provided at no extra cost but changing space is limited, Don't forget to bring a towel, sunscreen and water
