• Requirements

  Children must be accompanied by an adult., Check in at the meeting point at least 30 min before the tour start time (don’t be late otherwise you cannot board the boats)., Age minimum requirement for Alcoholic Beverages is 18yrs old and up., Not suitable for people with low mobility/on wheelchair., Not suitable for bachelor parties., Any client who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given., No pets allowed, only service animals (Service animals are certified to help people with disabilities with certain tasks). Service animals count for the capacity of the boat so if you’re bringing any service animal you need to inform us once you make the reservation., Clients are not allowed to bring any food or drinks on board.

• Refund policy

  30 days before the trip: 100% refund of the received amount. 15 days before the trip: 50% refund of the received amount. 14 days or less: no refund. Refunds available within 720 hours before departure.
