Please arrive on time for your scheduled tour. Punctuality is very important — late arrivals may miss the tour and no refund will be issued.
Minimum age: 4 years, For participants 75+ or pregnant (up to 4 months), please consult our FAQ., Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times., Pregnant women over 4 months should not join the tour., People over the age of 75 should consult the FAQ section or contact us before booking., Participants must be able to swim and have basic mobility to safely enter and exit the kayak., Not suitable for individuals with severe back problems or limited mobility.
Comfortable clothes that can get wet (preferably synthetic fabrics), Windbreaker or light jacket for morning tours, Water bottle, Sunscreen, Hat or cap, Sunglasses, Waterproof phone case (optional, but recommended)
Full refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
