If you cancel 61 days or more in advance: 75% refund. If you cancel between 31 to 60 days: 50% refund. If you cancel with 30 days or less notice: no refund. No-show: no refund. If we can’t run your trip because of excessively high water levels, or other unforeseen circumstances on our part, we’ll provide you with a chance to rebook at a later date or make a full refund.
