  If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity, you are entitled to a refund minus a 10% administration fee. If you cancel within the last 48 hours, no refund will be issued. No-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations with no refund. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
