• Refund policy

  If the client cancels the trip and the cancellation is made 48 hours before the trip starts, they are obliged to pay 50% of the excursion price. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the excursion, the client is obliged to pay 100% of the excursion price. The excursion can be cancelled if weather conditions are adverse or incompatible with the excursion. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
