• Refund policy

  If the lesson is canceled due to adverse weather or force majeure (e.g., ski lift closures), a full or partial refund will be granted proportional to the time of the lesson completed. Lessons canceled by the secretariat due to weather or other reasons will be refunded within 30 days. Refunds available within 720 hours before departure.
