Full refund only in case of adverse weather conditions that prevent the excursion from being carried out safely (assessment at the discretion of the captain and technical staff). Refund is recognized only if the customer cancels at least 72 hours before the departure date and time of the excursion. No refund for cancellations communicated with less than 72 hours notice, personal reasons, schedule changes or subjectively unsuitable weather conditions (e.g. moderate wind, cloudy sky) that do not compromise safety. No-show at the meeting point is not eligible for refund. Refunds available within 72 hours before departure.
