  Please check-in at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Tours will depart promptly at the scheduled time, and no refunds will be given for late arrivals or missed tours.

  100% refund if cancelled more than 1 week from the tour date booked. 50% refund if cancelled more than 72 hours from the tour date booked. 0% refund if cancelled within 72 hours of the tour date/time booked. Refunds available within 168 hours before departure.
