Clients may cancel with at least 5 days' notice and receive a full refund or credit to reschedule, as they prefer. If cancellation is made with less than 5 days' notice, a credit to reschedule or a 70% refund will be granted. In case of adverse weather conditions, rescheduling will be attempted; if not possible, a full refund will be issued. All cancellations must be managed by phone. If the client does not show up on the day of the service, 100% of the cost will be charged. Refunds available within 120 hours before departure.
Semi-private paddle surf lessons for ages 7+, 2-3 hours daily with accelerated learning.

If the course cannot be held for any reason, the activity day will be rescheduled in consultation with the client.
