  Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts. You must present your booking confirmation, either in digital or printed format. The tour starts punctually; if you arrive late, joining the group cannot be guaranteed.

• Requirements

  It is necessary to know how to ride a bicycle independently and safely., Please notify us in advance if any participant requires a child's bike or additional equipment., Please let us know if you wish to take the tour in a language other than Spanish or English., Basic physical fitness is recommended to complete the 3-hour route., Not suitable for people who cannot ride a bicycle independently and safely., Not recommended for people with severely reduced mobility or physical conditions that prevent them from completing the route., Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians., The participation of individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.

• What to bring

  Comfortable clothing and footwear for cycling., Water to stay hydrated during the tour., Raincoat in case of rain., Sun protection on hot days (sunglasses, hat, sunscreen).

• Refund policy

  Cancellations 7 days in advance: Full refund (excluding third-party costs). 7 to 3 days (72h) before: 20% penalty fee. 72h to 48h before: 40% penalty fee. Less than 48h before: Non-refundable. Refunds available within 168 hours before departure.
