  Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to ask about cancellations. Failure to show up will be charged the full price. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
