• Refund policy

  Cancellations more than 48 hours before activity start - 100% refund or credit; Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before activity start - 50% refund or credit; Cancellations less than 24 hours before activity start or no-show - no refund or credit. Full refund or credit also in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
