• Refund policy

  If canceled by the customer, the following cancellation fees apply: 60 days or more 0%, 14 to 59 days 25%, 8 to 13 days 50%, 4 to 7 days 75% and less than 4 days 100%. If canceled by the company, the full amount will be refunded. Refunds available within 720 hours before departure.
