  Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. In the event of adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, the tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded. If the minimum number of participants is not met (for non-private tours), we reserve the right to cancel the experience, offering either an alternative date or a full refund. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
