Customers can cancel with at least 5 days' notice and receive a full refund or credit to reschedule, as they prefer. If cancellation is made with less than 5 days' notice, credit to reschedule or a 70% refund will be granted. In case of adverse weather conditions, rescheduling will be attempted; if not possible, a full refund will be issued. All cancellations must be managed by phone. If the customer does not show up on the day of the service, 100% of the cost will be charged. Refunds available within 120 hours before departure.
