In the two-hour surf lesson we teach the essence of surfing. The two main techniques that all surfers need to know: how to paddle and catch waves and how to stand on the board.
Surfboards - suitable for your experience, weight and height
Surfing suit - suitable for conditions (do not forget that the clasp is on the back)
