• Refund policy

  Customers are allowed to cancel their bike tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour. No refunds will be granted for participants who fail to show up without prior notice. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
