• Refund policy

  Customers are allowed to cancel their bike tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a full refund. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour. No refunds will be granted for participants who fail to show up without prior notice. In the event of rain, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. The tour will be canceled in the case of heavy rain or storm. If possible, the tour will be rescheduled to another date. If rescheduling is not possible, customers will receive a full refund. El Ciclo reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the bike tour in consultation with customers in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or accident involving the guide. Customers will receive a full refund in this case. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
