  To ensure we can start on time, we recommend arriving at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour begins.

  We have trailers, trailer bikes, and child seats available for children under 8 years of age.

• Refund policy

  Full refund if canceled up to 24 hours before for public tours, up to 14 days before for private tours. Rain capes are provided in case of unstable weather. Special cancellation up to 90 minutes before tour start in case of persistent and heavy rain. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
