  All participants must be in good physical condition and have motor coordination, Before booking, please inform Tripix Azores of any physical restrictions, People with claustrophobia may find this tour challenging, as the caves have narrow entrances and some sections require crawling, This tour may be demanding for sedentary individuals. For participants over 65 who are not used to physical activity, we may recommend a more suitable tour, It is mandatory to wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes suitable for cave environments

  Comfortable clothing, Reusable water bottle (to reduce plastic waste), Waterproof jacket (recommended even in summer)

• Refund policy

  Cancellations made up to 30 days in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid; Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance: 50% of the total reservation amount will be withheld; Cancellations made less than 1 week in advance (up to 4 days): 65% of the total reservation amount will be withheld; Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the start of the activity: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged; Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the activity, No-Show, or issues with air or sea transport: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. Refunds available within 720 hours before departure.
