  Please arrive at the check-in desk at the entrance of the parking, 15 - 20min before the activity start time in order to get ready.

• Requirements

  Children under 4 years are not suitable., Pregnant women are not suitable., People with impaired movement are not suitable., Children 3 - 11 years must fly with a parent or guardian aged 18+ years., Children 12 - 15 years may fly together without an adult but must have a responsible person onboard the boat during the trip., Children 16 - 17 years may fly alone with parental consent and do not require anybody onboard.

• What to bring

  For hygiene reasons, please bring a top that covers the chest and back to wear below the lifejacket such as a shirt or T-shirt. Bikini and tank tops are also allowed., We recommend to bring water, sunscreen and sunglasses.

• Refund policy

  Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the activity's start time for a full refund. In the event of a no-show, late arrival without prior notification or arrival more than 10 minutes after departure time, the full amount paid will not be refunded except in the case of a medical emergency which requires a hospital form as proof. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
