  More than 7 days before the date of the requested service: you can reschedule the date of your tour without penalties. Contact us and we will be happy to help you. A change fee may apply if your tour includes non-changeable and non-refundable tickets. From 6 to 3 days before the date and time of the requested service: you will be charged the cost of admission tickets and transport tickets (hydrofoils, trains) where applicable. Less than 48 hours and no show: You will be charged the full amount of your reservation. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
