  We'll meet at our raft shack 15 minutes before your booked tour starts.

  All participants are required to have valid travel insurance that covers extreme sports, including packrafting, Age Restrictions: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian., Swimming Ability: Participants should be comfortable in the water and have basic swimming abilities., Physical Fitness: Our packrafting tours require a moderate level of physical fitness., Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your participation in the tour, please inform us in advance., Pregnancy: For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to participate in our packrafting tours.

  More than 24 hours in advance: Full refund. Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
