  Available to anyone from the age of 12+, People with heart conditions or pregnant cannot participate

• Refund policy

  Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. If we need to reschedule and the new date doesn’t suit you, we can issue a full refund or a gift card. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.

A 1 hour lesson 1-1 with the instructor allows you to fine tune your skills, with the instructor's undivided attention.
