  Check in at least 10-15 minutes before your lesson at the service counter.

• Requirements

  Participants must be able to swim., Children under 13 are not allowed to participate for safety reasons., Pregnant women or guests with prior neck or back injuries should not participate.

• Refund policy

  Submit cancellation requests 48 hours prior for a refund. No-shows or cancellation requests received within 48 hours will not be eligible for refund. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
