  Cancellations can be made online, by phone or email. Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the departure date and time or no show – no refund. No refund will be made for early return of the bicycles and/or equipment. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
