  The customer can withdraw from the trip at any time before the start of the trip. The cancellation notice must be received by us. We recommend submitting the cancellation in writing. If the customer withdraws from the travel contract or does not take the trip, the tour operator can charge the following cancellation fees: up to 90 days before the start of the trip - 10% of the total price; up to 31 days before the start of the trip - 20% of the total price; up to 14 days before the start of the trip - 40% of the total price; up to 6 days before the start of the trip - 50% of the total price; up to 2 days before the start of the trip - 70% of the total price; from 2 days before the start of the trip - 90% of the total price. If the customer simply does not show up on the day of the tour without informing us at least 2 hours in advance, cancellation fees of 100% of the tour price plus a processing fee of 20.00 Euro will be charged. The traveler has the option to provide proof that no damage or a lower amount of damage was incurred by the tour operator if cancellation fees are charged. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance and travel liability insurance. Refunds available within 720 hours before departure.
