  Please collect your bike any time between 10am and 6pm on collection day. Provide ID, either current full driving license or passport.

  We do not supply kid bikes at this time.

• Refund policy

  Customers can cancel for free up until 21 days before midnight on the start date of the bike rental. Refunds available within 756 hours before departure.
