  • Refund policy

    Full refund for cancellations up to 4 days prior to the tour date; 70% refund for cancellations between 4 and 1 days prior to the excursion date; no refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the excursion date or for no-shows on the day of the excursion. In the event of bad weather or cancellation by the operator due to force majeure, a new date will be arranged or a voucher of the same value as the experience booked will be issued. If this is not possible for demonstrable reasons (e.g., end of holiday period and inability to return), the full amount will be refunded. Refunds available within 96 hours before departure.
