• Refund policy

  Full refund for cancellations up to 24 hours before the experience. Cancellations that do not comply with our policy regarding the established timelines will not be refunded. The policy may make exceptions in case of presentation of medical proof. In cancellations due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Moments Waterports will propose an alternative date; otherwise, a full refund will be provided. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
