  Arrive 10 minutes before the activity starts. Check in at Calle Santiago 18 with the name of the reservation. The activity starts at the exact scheduled time (no waiting for late arrivals).

• Requirements

  Minimum age: 10 years old., Children and teenagers (10 to 18 years old): Must be accompanied by a responsible adult., Recommended minimum height: 1.50 meters (for safe bike handling)., Ability: Autonomous ability to ride a bicycle is required (steering, braking, and balance)., Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (due to the active nature of the tour)., Not recommended for pregnant women over 8 months (for safety and comfort)., Use under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited (full capacity is required to operate the bike).

• What to bring

  Comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather., Sunglasses and sunscreen (especially for daytime tours)., Reusable water bottle (to stay hydrated)., Camera or mobile phone with a charged battery (use is only permitted during stops)., Lots of enthusiasm to enjoy!

• Refund policy

  Cancellations +7 days: No penalty (except third-party costs). 7 to 3 days (72h): 20% penalty. 72h to 48h: 40% penalty. Less than 48h: Non-refundable. GoCity does not allow changes or cancellations. Refunds available within 168 hours before departure.
