• What to bring

  Comfortable clothing suitable for cycling, Closed-toe shoes or sneakers, Sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat), Camera or smartphone for photos

• Refund policy

  You have until 24 hours before the start of the tour to cancel your reservation free of charge. After this, we cannot provide a refund, except if cancellation insurance has been taken. In the latter case, you have until 2 hours prior to the tour to cancel the reservation free of charge. We do not offer refunds for no-shows (including being late for the tour). Holland Bikes reserves the right to cancel reservations up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. Weather conditions: Our tours take place in all weather conditions. In case of bad weather, no rebooking/refunds will be possible. If you wish to change or cancel your reservations, please refer to our cancellation policy above. Responsibility/ Safety: Because we take the safety of our customers very seriously, we will provide you with the safety information and traffic rules before the tour starts. If you are unable to cycle safely or do not comply with the safety rules, you will not be able to participate in the tour. In this case, no refund will be given. Participation in a tour is at your own risk. You are responsible for any damage. Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
