Learn to Surf in Algarve – 1 Day Lesson

• Meeting point

  Pick-up from a designated meeting point in Lagos, Praia da Luz or Burgau (or meet directly at the beach).

• Requirements

  All participants must complete a medical and liability waiver prior to participation., Participants must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies or prescribed medications on the booking form., The use of rash vests or identification shirts is mandatory during sessions., A minimum instructor-to-student ratio is maintained (maximum 1:8)., Minimum age 14; those under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains present during the lesson., Participants must not be pregnant or have a heart condition and must have a reasonable level of swimming ability and fitness., Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or impairing medications at the time of the lesson., All participants must follow instructors’ instructions and decisions for safety; failure to comply may result in exclusion from the activity.

• What to bring

  Towel, Swimsuit (wear before leaving home), Sunscreen (apply beforehand), A dry change of clothes for after the lesson, Small backpack for personal items, water and snack

• Refund policy

  Full refund 15+ days before bookings close; 50% refund 48+ hours before bookings close; no refund under 48 hours, for no-shows, or early departures. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
