Over 16 stones/100kgs: must go in a single kayak. Our kayaks have a maximum weight per person of 20 Stones/127kgs., Under 15 years old: must go in tandem with an adult., Five years+ We have no upper age limit as long as you have a basic level of fitness and are water-confident., All under 18’s must be accompanied by at least one adult on our tours., And while you should be in reasonable physical condition (walk upstairs without being out of breath), you don’t have to be an athlete to enjoy one of our sea kayaking adventures.
Swimwear and a towel, Any shoes that you don't mind getting wet., On cold days: Jumper or fleece that you don't mind getting wet, On hot days: On really hot days you might wish to bring clothes to wear that you don't mind getting wet (much more comfortable than a wetsuit), a hat and water.
