  All participants of the short kayak route tour should have a swimsuit, and dry clothes to change into after the short kayak tour., Children must be accompanied by an adult., The minimum number of people for the activity to take place is 6 people and maximum number of people for activity is 30 people per one group., In the event that the activity cannot take place due to weather conditions you will be offered an alternative day or full refund., Unfortunately, our kayak tour is not wheelchair accessible nor for people with disabilities who would not be able to paddle and cannot get around the waterfalls on foot., Pets that will not disturb other guests are welcome, This activity is not suitable for children under 5 years old.

  Customers will receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 3 days before the activity starts. Customers will receive a 50% refund for cancellations made 3 to 1 day before the activity starts. No refund for cancellations made 24 hours before the activity start. Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of cancellation by operators due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds available within 72 hours before departure.
