  You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance for a refund, minus the 20% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund. If Paddle Beyond cancels your booking (e.g. due to unsafe water conditions or weather), you will receive a full refund minus any booking platform fees. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
