  Cancellation is valid on the day of receipt and must be communicated in writing via email to info@naturaxtremetenerife.com. Cancellation fees of up to 35 € may apply. The paid amount (excluding management fees) will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the start of the activity, within a maximum of 15 days. If Natura Xtreme Tenerife cancels the activity due to weather warnings or poor environmental conditions, you can choose between a refund (excluding management fees) or rescheduling for a new date within the same year. Refunds available within 72 hours before departure.
