    If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity, you are entitled to a refund of your payment minus a 10% administration fee. If you cancel within the last 48 hours before the scheduled activity, you will not be entitled to a refund. This applies to partial and full cancellations. No Shows are treated as last-minute cancellations and will result in the full charge with no eligibility for a refund. Refunds available within 48 hours before departure.
