• Refund policy

  Rocaliza requires 24 hours notice prior to scheduled departure time to cancel your reservation or reduce the number of participants. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount. Groups of 6 or more participants must cancel at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows are considered late cancellations and will be charged the full price. Customers will receive a refund in case of operator cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances (minimum group size is 4). Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
