  Rocaliza requires 24 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will not be charged. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount. Groups of 6 or more participants are required to cancel with at least 48 hours notice. No-shows will be considered late cancellations and will be charged the full price. Customers will receive a refund in case of operator cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, such as low participation (minimum group size is 4). Refunds available within 24 hours before departure.
